Restoration of Waterbury's City Hall, the centerpiece of Waterbury's historic downtown, will have significant economic and civic benefits for Waterbury.  After years of neglect and deterioration, City Hall still maintains its elegant design and outstanding craftsmanship, attributes that cannot be duplicated today.
